Google Ads

Give every campaign a clear job.

Start with what a useful customer action looks like. I connect the tracking, shape the campaigns and review the search terms and landing pages so the account can be managed against that goal.

Plan and review the work directly with me.

The challenge.

Ad spend goes out every month. Clicks come back. Whether any of them became a customer is a guess.

The approach.

Give every campaign one job, and measure it.

I connect the tracking first, so the account learns from real inquiries and sales. Then I shape the campaigns, search terms and landing pages around that goal and report what the spend actually produced.

Keep the customer action in view.

An illustrative campaign path: search, visit, inquiry, qualification. Select a step to see what should be checked. These are not client performance figures.

What goes into it

The work behind
the finished result.

01

Set the measurement before spending around it.

A submitted form, a qualified inquiry and a sale may need separate tracking. I review the setup and define which outcomes the campaigns should optimize toward.

Conversion definitions, event checks and offline conversion connections where appropriate.

02

Match the search to the page.

The keyword, ad and landing page should tell the same story. I review search terms, negative keywords and the destination page so the offer is relevant to the person clicking.

Campaign structure, search-term review, ad copy and landing-page alignment.

03

Make account decisions visible.

You should be able to understand what changed and why. Reporting focuses on spend and the agreed outcomes, with clear separation between an inquiry and a confirmed customer.

Account ownership, change notes and a management scope you can review.

Working together

Connect the offer, the page and the outcome.

01

Audit the account

Review tracking, structure, spend and destination pages.

02

Build or improve

Implement the agreed campaign and measurement changes.

03

Manage against the goal

Review terms, outcomes and changes on an agreed schedule.

Scope & budget

Put a clear boundary
around the work.

Setup or repair can be a fixed project. Ongoing management is priced separately around account complexity and responsibilities. Advertising spend is paid directly to Google and is separate from my fee.

The work, price and review points are agreed before the project starts.

Before we get started

A few useful answers.

Can you work on an existing account?

Yes. I start by reviewing access, conversion definitions, campaign history and search terms. The account stays in your business's control.

Do you build landing pages too?

Yes. A landing page can be scoped alongside the campaign or as its own project, including the inquiry or checkout path and tracking.

Is advertising spend included in your fee?

No. Google charges your account for advertising. My setup or management fee is separately agreed in writing.

Can you promise a cost per lead?

No. Competition, offer quality, location, budget and the definition of a lead all matter. We agree the goal and evaluate the actual results against it.
