Pricing
Put a number to the project.
You should be able to work out whether a project is within reach before arranging a conversation. These ranges are a guide for planning. The work and final price are agreed in a written scope.
Example scope / planning guidance
New features and improvements for what you already use.
Performance optimization, new landing pages, payment integrations or useful automations. We agree the scope around what you want to add or improve.
- Agreed improvements and priorities
- Implementation and testing
- A handover of the changes
A guide for planning, not an instant quote. The written scope sets the final price.
Talk through your project ↗A monthly plan for the work after launch.
Maintenance, content updates and agreed improvements. One person who knows your website, with the work and recurring fee defined around what you need.
Monthly · Quoted to your scopeWhat moves the price?
The amount of content, the number of screens, the condition of existing data and the integrations involved. A five-page website and a five-role customer portal can look similar in a brief and involve very different work.
We make the unknowns visible before agreeing the build.
What is paid separately?
Hosting, software subscriptions, advertising spend, payment processing and AI usage are separate operating costs. The proposal identifies what the project needs and who pays for it.
Ongoing care and ads management have their own agreed scope and fee.
What if the project changes?
We discuss the change, its cost and its effect on the schedule before adding it. A larger idea can be divided into useful phases, starting with a first version that has a clear purpose.
The written scope is the reference for what is included.
Before we get started
A few useful answers.
Are these fixed packages?
No. They are planning ranges for different project shapes. Your quote names the actual work, price, review points and handover.
Can I hire you for a smaller project?
Yes. Small projects can cover new features, improvements and optimizations for a website or the systems you already use. We agree the priorities, scope and budget before starting.
How are hosting and ongoing management priced?
After reviewing the site, application or ad account. The recurring agreement identifies the work, response expectations and costs. Those responsibilities vary too much to promise one universal monthly package.
What if we need more than the budget covers?
I can help define a smaller first phase or explain which requirements change the estimate. The scope should fit the budget without hiding unfinished essentials.
Will I get a quote before work starts?
Yes. If the project needs investigation before it can be estimated responsibly, that discovery work is discussed and priced first.
Let’s make it happen
Let’s put a scope around it.
Share the project and a comfortable budget range. I’ll help work out what a useful first version could include.
