Before we get started

A few useful answers.

Does every automation need AI?

No. A fixed rule is often more appropriate for payments, reminders and record updates. AI is useful when a task involves language, classification or interpretation that benefits from it.

Will anything publish without approval?

That is decided explicitly in the workflow. Drafting and publishing are separate actions. Work that needs human judgment gets an approval step before it goes further.

Can you work with our existing email tools?

Yes, when they provide a suitable integration. I inspect your setup, sender configuration and the events needed to start and stop each sequence.

How do we know what the AI costs?

The workflow can record usage per run and report it in a useful unit, such as a completed draft or report. We agree which limits and alerts are needed before launch.
