One place for the club and its families
Junior Ravens Baseball & Softball needed registration, team records, payment plans and email to work together. I built a platform with a public website, a parent registration flow and administration tools for the club. This is volunteer work for the club.
The registration flow checks the season window, places a player in the appropriate division and collects the waiver before payment. Administrators can manage seasons, teams, placements and the records that support them.
Payments are part of the record
Stripe handles the payment plans. The first installment is collected at registration and later installments follow the agreed schedule. Refunds, scholarships and offline payments are represented in the same administration process.
A payment event needs to update the correct record and trigger the appropriate communication. The platform connects those actions rather than leaving staff to reconcile separate payment links and spreadsheets.
Communication follows the process
The application includes fifteen email flows, covering receipts, roster offers, installment reminders, failed-payment messages and announcements. Sender configuration and delivery behavior were part of the implementation.
Roles and permissions control access to records. Backups and operating instructions support the platform after launch. The club also has a public site it can update itself.
Results and scope
The platform was built in August 2026 and was live when reviewed on September 3. Participant records are private. This case demonstrates registration, billing, communication and administration working in one system, without publishing the club's financial outcomes.
